The software download portal provides access to authorized Harmonic software releases. User credentials are issued by Harmonic and are required to enable the appropriate software downloads. If you are a Harmonic customer but do not have access to this portal, please contact the Harmonic Technical Assistance Center at support@harmonicinc.com.
Upon login, you will gain access to the various software releases purchased and covered by warranty or a Harmonic Service Level Agreement (SLA). However, please be aware that not all products may be available immediately. Additional products will be added to the site over time.

In the event of a forgotten password, you can reset it using the following link, You must enter the email address previously registered to gain access. Upon submission, a URL will be emailed to this address prompting you to create a new password.
Administrator Help
The software download Harmonic Software Access Portal supports multiple users within the same organization. This enables companies to self administer access to Harmonic software releases. The initial contact according to Harmonic records will be granted administrator rights. This administrator can add or remove users by using the “Manage Users” interface. All users must have the same domain name in their email addresses. If it is necessary to change the administrator for the organization, please contact the Harmonic Technical Assistance Center at support@harmonicinc.com
Authorized Products Help
Only the products that your organization has purchased and are covered under warranty or an SLA are available for software download. If a product is not visible that should be, please contact the Harmonic Technical Assistance Center at support@harmonicinc.com
Note that certain limited availability (LA) releases will only be visible after approval from a Harmonic account manager.
